Droplet Rising Star Award

MATERIALS: Acrylic, satin gold aluminium label

AWARD TOP: The top of the award is laser-cut from clear acrylic with a thickness of 8mm.

AWARD BASE: We build the base from black acrylic plastic which we finish with a satin gold plate. On the aluminium plate, we put the details of the recipient of the award which enhances its appearance.

PACKAGING: We pack each award in a high-quality box, which we get from Oribags Uganda, our business partners. We then put the award boxer(s) in a strong cardboard box that keeps them safe during transportation.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. When we receive your order, we design and send eproofs by email in 2 business days for you to proofread details relating to your award's appearance.
2. If you have changes to make on the design, layout or wording, we will make amendments and share with you for your approval.
3. It will take about 2 days to 2 weeks to receive your award(s) after your final approval depending on the number of awards you've ordered.

REQUIRED INFORMATION: We make the droplet rising star award(s) on order. As you order, you're required to submit the details of your awards, which you can upload as you continue with the shopping process on the checkout page. It's also advisable to provide your WhatsApp telephone contact for communication in case we need additional information from you to process your order.

DELIVERY PERIOD: We start working on customers' orders as soon as we receive them. Our turnaround time comprises of the designing and approval processes, machine work and handwork as well without compromising on quality standards. It also involves shipping the products to your address.

Our processing time is between 1-5 days for small orders not exceeding 5 awards, and 1-2 weeks depending on the order size. We always count from the day following the day we receive payment from the customer. 

The order delivery time, therefore, depends on the processing time and shipping time as well. The processing time will depend on the payment method you select and the number of items you buy. And the shipping time depends on the location and shipping method selected on the checkout page.
