Treble Clef Custom Award

MATERIALS: Metal, wood and gold spray

COLOUR: The top part is coated with a golden colour and the wooden base is sprayed with black vinyl paint.

BASE: The base of our treble clef custom award is cylindrical. It's a wooden base made from local hardwood and coated with black vinyl spray paint. It measures 5cm high with a diameter of approximately 10cm.

PACKAGING: We pack each award in a high-quality box, which we get from Oribags Uganda, our business partners. We then put the award boxes in a strong cardboard box that keeps them safe during transportation.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. When we receive your order, we design and send details to appear on the base label by email in 2 business days for you to proofread them.
2. If you have changes to make on the layout and wording, we will make amendments and share with you for your approval.
3. It will take about 4 days to produce the award after your final approval. If you order for several awards, it takes usually 1-2 weeks.

REQUIRED INFORMATION: We make the treble clef custom award(s) on order. As you order, you're required to submit the details you want to put on each award label, which you can upload as you continue with the shopping process on the checkout page. It's also advisable to provide your WhatsApp telephone contact for fast communication in case we need additional information from you to process your order.

DELIVERY PERIOD: We start working on customers' orders as soon as we receive them. Our turnaround time comprises of the designing and approval processes, machine work and handwork as well without compromising on quality standards. It also involves shipping the products to your address.

Our processing time is between 1-4 days for one award and 1-2 weeks for awards exceeding 5 pieces. We always count from the day following the day we receive payment from the customer. 

The order delivery time, therefore, depends on the processing time and shipping time as well. The processing time will depend on the payment method you select and the number of items you buy. And the shipping time depends on the location and shipping method selected on the checkout page.
