Do you ever buy online? How often do you transact business online? What I have discovered is that a good number of people still shy away from buying online. Most people, especially in the developing world, Ugandans inclusive, have not ventured into transacting business online. But remember that the internet is a creation that was invented to improve our lives by doing everything with just a click of your mouse. Through this article, I would like to share with you some of the benefits of buying online.
First, buying online saves time and energy. To purchase a phone from a supermarket, 5 kilometres away from your home, you will have to prepare yourself first, get your car and move to the supermarket. What I mean is that you spend your valuable time and waste your energy doing something you would still do with just a click of a mouse. Remember that time is limited and a valued resource. In Uganda, online stores like jumia.ug have recently come up. They provide high-quality products and brand new products at competitive prices. Unfortunately, most Ugandans are still reluctant to transact business with them.
