Kabaka Sir Edward Muteesa key chain is laser engraved in memory of the late Sir Edward Muteesa II (19th November 1924 – 21st November 1969). He was the Kabaka (King) of the Buganda Kingdom in Uganda from 1939 until his death. He is the father of the current Buganda Kingdom leader, Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.
Why Did We Choose to Make the Kabaka Sir Edward Muteesa Key Chain?
We chose to create this attractive keychain and named it Sir Edward Muteesa Key Chain in his memory. Secondly, he is such an important person in the history of not only Buganda but also Uganda. Why? It’s because he is the 35th Kabaka of Buganda and the first President of Uganda.

The wood species include and are not limited to Mahogany, Lusambya (Markhamia Lutea), Nkalati (Pachystela brevipes), Muvule (Milicia excelsa), Nkago (Funtumia Elastica) and Nzingu (Mitragyne Stipulosa. All these tree species are in Buganda.
